About the Presenter
Andy Thompson, owner of Lead Forward Co, has spent nearly a decade working with executives, managers, and professionals as a coach and leadership development consultant. His background includes work in behavioral health and private practice as a licensed family therapist. With a deep understanding of human systems and how people work together, Andy helps leaders, teams, and organizations grow, navigate change, and overcome challenges.
