Scarecrow Contest
Description
Find the Scarecrows in the downtown businesses or at the Port Orchard Market and vote for your favorite! Judges appointed by the Port Orchard Bay Street Association will judge the categories and award prizes on October 30. But the People's Choice award is up to you and voting goes through November 7. Winner will be announced on November 8.
